You will add value and expertise to the Reggio plant by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
This roleis part of our University Relations program, designed to help students andrecent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, andopportunities for growth within Honeywell. Thisapprenticeship is set up for 2 years.
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the quality, efficiency and yield of the operations; assist manufacturing work group in achieving business and technical objectives; support development of product standards, BOMs and recipes
- Participate in the design and modification of equipment and assists in the commercialization of new products and processes; expand use of on-line measurement technology
- Work closely with area improvement teams to facilitate employee involvement in improving production processes and reducing quality defects; focus also on improving material yield and optimizing supply usage through analysis of the material production / consumption and reduction of variances
- Participate in responding to customer requests / complaints; daily monitoring and analysis of process orders across Reggio Plant
- Ensure proper consumption of raw materials are executed for all process orders – works with operators to determine root cause of any consumption issues / reporting issues; support reconciliation of inventories to those in SAP
You Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering
- English Language Capabilities
