Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Product or Security Research Management
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, Cybersecurity, and experience with Entra, Intune, and Endpoint Security.
• Software industry background with 5+ years of experience delivering technical products as a product or program manager through cross-team efforts.

This Individual contributor role will require to work across multiple teams with focus on following responsibilities:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Defender for Endpoint solution for cross-platform workloads, including mobile and Linux Server endpoints.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify unique integration and innovation opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Translate customer requirements into a well-defined product roadmap, backlog, and specifications with measurable objectives.
• Define KPIs and analyse data to uncover key insights.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to achieve scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals.
• Work with engineering, research and partners teams across Security products to create seamless customer experiences.
