Strategic initiatives and leadership enablement
- Drive strategic team initiatives that support the success of our All in ambitions and help align BMC capability to organizational goals and objectives
- Provide support to our BMC leadership in executing leadership strategies and initiatives
Resource management and financial operations
- Play an integral role in BMC budget management and financial reporting at a national and campaign level
- Manage and drive our BMC budget reporting, accrual management, invoice and team expense processes
- Support the management of our internal and external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and objectives as well as ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Tracking and developing reports on large-scale investments
Process and project management
- Develop guidelines, process improvement plans and independently manage special projects aligned with business strategy
Technology enablement
- Implement and optimize internal technology solutions to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Manage and support external technology tools that facilitate marketing efforts and client engagement.
- Promoting and creating adoption strategies and tracking usage of AI tools to drive team efficiency
BMC talent operations
- Support Talent to streamline talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for the team.
- Support culture programs and activities that promote a positive and inclusive team culture
- Source opportunities and enable BMC learning and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge
Measurement and Insights
- Measure and track performance marketing activities and portfolio growth, report on marketing ROI, always looking for continuous improvements.
- Enable our BMC team with resources and tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
- Keep up to date with market (and marketing) trends and developments
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to evaluate strategic marketing opportunities for the firm
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience in marketing, operations, enablement, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools.
- Exceptional project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
- Naturally curious problem solver and independent thinker
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to translate data into effective strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with budget management and financial operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing is preferred
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience)
- Overall 8-11 years of work experience and 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc
