In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Business change adoption: Develop and deploy change management approach including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and adoption plan.
- OCM COE: Build Lenovo corporate-level change management competency and change mindset, culture.
- Provides technical guidance to the business in area of expertise.
- Understands how areas within departments integrate to drive functional or business unit objectives.
