Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

As a team member of S&ET in Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore, you will support the team in its activities with national and international clients on driving engagements around New Energy GTM, Decarbonization, Energy substitution, Circular Economy, etc – with passion, flexibility, and a strong appetite for change.

--> Support clients in implementing decarbonization measures

--> Develop ideas how to adapt target operating models

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

--> University degree (Bachelor - engineering and Masters - MBA)

--> Degree in energy, environmental science, business, environmental economics, sustainability, or similar field will be an advantage

--> Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem solving, well organized and structured

--> 3 to 15 years of professional experience in Business consulting, leading innovation and/or consulting projects in industries (Energy, Metals & Mining, Manufacturing etc)

--> Any relevant experience in the new energies like Green Hydrogen, Solar, Wind, Biomass/Biofuel, decarbonization, environment/ climate strategy, net zero strategy, etc. will be a plus
