As an Investor relations professional in our Managed Solutions Investor Relations team you will get an opportunity to create an impact via your data analytics, communication, problem solving skills. The Managed Solutions Investor Relations team seeks to provide comprehensive coverage of all of our managed solutions (Core, Advisory, SMAs, mutual funds [JPM and 3rd party where offered]) in a coordinated way. In this position, you will be responsible for providing investor relations coverage for our suite of managed solutions products for the Global Private Bank. The team is primarily based in Mumbai and interacts with global counterparts based in New York and London.

You will work on the Investor Relations team and support the Portfolio Specialist teams, and execute on key deliverables and projects across Managed Solutions

provides Wealth Management clients with investment management solutions across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds.

About Managed Solutions Investor Relations Role:

The team partners with the core multi asset and thematic portfolio management teams to educate and communicate the discretionary portfolios to advisors. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting on advisor/investor communications, client experience priorities and strategic initiatives for our discretionary portfolios for one of the largest global wealth managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a senior member of the team and serve to educate and provide information to the sales force on many funds/strategies on the global Private Bank platform.
  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and communications to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Prioritize and respond to a high volume of advisor inquiries across multiple channels and guide junior team members in trouble shooting and answering complex queries.
  • Develop and drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business.
  • Leverage knowledge about our investments solutions, the markets, and views from Portfolio Managers and the Chief Investment Office to assist in writing portfolio commentary for different strategies across the platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio specialists, asset class leads, due diligence & compliance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to advisors.
  • Handling Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs etc.).Work on time sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects ranging from building targeted product sales pitchbooks and detailed marketing presentations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 11 years of work experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field
  • Should possess stakeholder management skills, have worked with global stakeholders in a multi country model in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across the team and firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Good knowledge of the Fixed income space and genuine interest in financial markets and investments products would be preferred.
  • CA/MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred or Finance Postgraduates with relevant work experience within the Investor relations space.
