As a Jobshare Payment Operations EMEA - Business Support Associate in our Payment Operations team, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide business support to the senior leadership team. This role offers the flexibility of a job share, where two people share the responsibilities of the role on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for responding to executive ad-hoc requests, organizing complex information, creating management presentations, and communicating effectively with key business partners. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, as well as the ability to perform data analyses and visualization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Create management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Demonstrable ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving an agenda
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
• Ability to perform own data analyses and visualisation (MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau)
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
