Defining the team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's.
Driving a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and solutions with precision and effectiveness.
Developing and training our global sales teams with a nuanced approach to regional, segment, persona, and product use case requirements.
Developing enablement content and strategy, including case studies, videos, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally
Uncovering new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
Keeping your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, traditional banking & financial services, digital banking, and payments.
What You’ll Need
12+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, strong preference to FinServ and FinTech
2 - 3 years crypto or blockchain industry experience
A great writer and storyteller, that creates meaningful content aligned to our company objectives.
Entrepreneurial-minded, with a high sense of urgency, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations to cross functional partners.
Proven track record of successfully simplifying, elevating, and magnifying platforms in a complex ecosystem.
Extensive experience driving high impact cross-functional marketing campaigns.
A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them.
Must be comfortable with a continuous deployment process.
