You’ll spend your time
  • Refining Fireblocks’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviours and ecosystem to identify market opportunities, and customer demand.
  • Establishing and iterating on coherent, compelling, and consistent messaging that articulates Fireblocks’ value and competitive distinction.
  • Providing input and strategy into product roadmap and pricing.
  • Defining the team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's.
  • Driving a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and solutions with precision and effectiveness.
  • Developing and training our global sales teams with a nuanced approach to regional, segment, persona, and product use case requirements.
  • Developing enablement content and strategy, including case studies, videos, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally
  • Uncovering new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, traditional banking & financial services, digital banking, and payments.
What You’ll Need
  • 12+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, strong preference to FinServ and FinTech
  • 2 - 3 years crypto or blockchain industry experience
  • A great writer and storyteller, that creates meaningful content aligned to our company objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded, with a high sense of urgency, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
  • Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations to cross functional partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully simplifying, elevating, and magnifying platforms in a complex ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience driving high impact cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them.
  • Must be comfortable with a continuous deployment process.
  • Understand segmentation strategies, developing buyer personas, articulating customer pain points, and crafting client-facing messaging.
  • We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
