Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience; 1 year of experience in Data Scientist/Engineer role.
- Proficient in Python, FastAPI & other Data Analytics Packages.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and REST APIs.
- Experience in using large language models programmatically or frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Watson Orchestrate for enhanced decision-making and workflow automation.
- Experience working on LLMs, Model Training & Evaluation, Performance Benchmarking.
- Practical experience with container technologies such as Podman, Docker or Kubernetes.
