Technical Product Leader - Inline Supply

The Technical Product Leader is accountable/responsible for:

• Leading the cross-functional Value Chain Technical Team (VCTT) to execute and critically assess the end-to-end technical supply deliverables for commercial products while fostering a learning and collaborative environment.
• Leading through technical excellence to deliver uninterrupted, robust, and compliant supply through rapid response to emerging issues, proactive risk management, implementation of strategic process improvements, and appropriate prioritization of projects/activities.
• Developing detailed product Technical Master Plan (TMP) to provide line of sight to strategic technical objectives across all manufacturing nodes to ensure commitments to the VCMT are met in a robust and timely fashion and ensuring full oversight of these activities.
• Leading communication and escalation between the technical team and relevant stakeholders as well as decision-making bodies.

Recognized as a credible technical leader through demonstrated scientific excellence in at least one function and ability to navigate through uncertainty to favorable outcomes.

Able to operate and provide direction through ambiguity and adapt plans in the face of change, unexpected events, and/or new information. Capable of both directive and consensus facilitation and awareness of when to apply each. Leverages scientific data to make disciplined risk-based decisions and shown to be capable of discerning between risks worthy of escalation versus typical uncertainty associated with drug development, commercialization, and/or supply.

Ability to persuade and inspire others to take action, make decisions, or change their attitudes and behaviors. Rapidly able to achieve trust with partners, enabling ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to achieve their goals.
