In this role, you will:
- Provide support in the editing and publishing functions within the Global Research and Economics Group in Wells Fargo Securities
 - Generate research packet products, post research documents to market data vendors, update and maintain mailing lists, and provide client access to web sites
 - Assign reports to Editors and Supervisory Analysts to ensure the most efficient use of resources
 - Maintain databases
 - Receive direction from leaders
 - Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
 - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
 
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Securities Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
 
Desired Qualifications:
- At least a BCA/BCS/BSc in Computer Science, MCA in Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification. MBA would be an advantage.
 - 3+ years of experience, with minimum three years’ experience in VBA development, automation projects etc.
 - Expertise in VBA based macros on Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, PPT, Web Scrapping and other VBA supported applications. Python and Power Bi skills in executed projects
 - AI prompting skills is a preferred qualification.
 - Advanced Excel skills (i.e. complex formulas, graphs, pivots)
 - Ability to normalize complex data; Experience with data analysis and BI reporting.
 - Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to clearly & concisely speak on complex topics, as well as strong business writing skills
 - High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work across continents
 - Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
 - Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team

 - Take up excel based user stories, visualize, design and develop Excel Macros with VBA & Excel Formula skills, Python skills and Power BI dashboards
 - Understand business requirement & converting it into technical functional specification
 - Project feasibility study and effort estimation
 - Solution evaluation and recommendation
 - Stakeholder Management Aiding US- and London-based partners in implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of various processes
 - Maintaining various databases and various spreadsheets for internal reporting
 - Preparing monthly &/or quarterly decks to report
