As a Microsoft Technology Specialist, you will own andwin the technical decision of customers

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience with presales conversations
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing AI solutions (including GenAI, RAG, Agents,…)
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture)
Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of new pipelines in the account team by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build technology strategy by mapping the agreed customer business outcomes into an appropriate Azure technology framework, resolving concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and translating technology complexity into business impact.Work with the customer, account team, and partners todrive and support the customer’s AI transformation inclusive of AI Applications and data foundation.
  • Design the solution using your technical knowledge,architect skills and consultingskills to win a customer’s technical decision and meet the customer’s needs;drive Pilots/Proof of Concepts (PoC) to create momentum forMinimum Viable Product (MVP), infusing AI technologies where appropriate and being technically proficient to do Proof of Concepts (PoC) with hands-on-skills.
  • Scale through partner by engaging in partner sell-with scenarios to carry out technical engagement activities, facilitating and managing partner resources and processes for Pilot/Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Be the Trusted advisor and be proactive to find and understand customers’ pain points and design and offer the technical solution that aligns with the business case.
  • Be a public speaker and contributor to social events and technical conferences
  • Contribute to build exciting IP within a talented team.
  • Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team and Global Black Belts to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
  • Maintain and grow expertise in your field of expertise keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights
