

Key Responsibilities:
Curate differentiated solutions and sales narratives: Design and implement comprehensive sales narratives across front-mid-back office by leveraging knowledge of ServiceNow’s most current value proposition as well as based on success stories across the financial services sector.
Account strategy and Go-to-market Plan: Create a feasible, pragmatic and value-based account strategy and go-to-market plan for Service Now for financial service providers (clients) across ASEAN
Drive and execute GTM: Pro-actively engage with relevant client stakeholders and key decision-makers within financial institutions to understand their business needs and articulate how ServiceNow can provide solutions to their challenges.
Vendor Partner Relationship Management: Drive strong collaboration and teaming with Service Now to bring differentiated value to clients
Market Insight: Actively collect market/ account insights to guide the narrative for potential opportunities, and competitive positioning in the financial services sector.
Performance Metrics: Responsible for pipeline, conversion and execution planning against targets and KPIs.
Thought Leadership: Position EY as a thought leader in the integration of ServiceNow within financial services, contributing to white papers, case studies, and engagement materials.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in consulting sales, specifically within the financial services sector in the ASEAN region.
ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s value proposition, capabilities, and implementation processes, particularly within financial services.
Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful ServiceNow implementations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Cultural Awareness: Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse markets in the ASEAN region.
