As the Clinical Leader, you will act as a clinical expert within the Ultrasound General Imaging space developing strong network with medical leaders and decision makers and leading the educational offering to diverse groups.In this role, you'll gather and provide deep insights of the market trends in general radiology and oncology in Poland contributing to strategic decisions. You will be also deliver in-service education presentations to customers in large and small group settings and provide comprehensive demonstrations to customers.Cross-functionally, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of key market drivers in radiology, tracking and communicating market trends to/from the field.

• Leading the educational approach in Poland from clinical modules for customers to competitive strategies for internal teams.

• Continuously developing and foster a network of KOLs within Poland.

• Providing advanced clinical support on key accounts and KOLs.

• Leading, representing and assisting at local, regional, or National trade shows, meetings and events, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Medical Imaging including diagnostic ultrasonography or radiography,

• Ultrasound Application experience,

• Sonography experience,

• Understanding of medical physics and technology,

• Experience in the medical industry,

• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team,

• Customer contact experience in various situations,

• Educational and presentation skills,

• Ability to travel 60% of the time in Polish territory,

• Demonstrate strong organizational,

• Very good written, and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
