Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Builds an intimate knowledge of our Animal Health brands, their values and positioning.
•Promote our company's animal health brands to relevant stakeholders focusing on the value proposition.
•Liaise with all segments including dairy, fattening, vet units and vet clinics to fulfill their needs.
•Continuous cooperation with our company's technical team to provide customers with the best technical support.
•Work as a team with his/her peers to the extent supporting other territories if needed.
•Able to contact our company's regional team for any issues through the approved channels after discussion with his/her manager.
•Identifies issues with accounts and works with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters.
•Develops unique ways to grow our business with Key customers and provide solutions in the face of challenges.
•Initiate and finalize commercial deals with whole sellers and distributors especially potential ones in a smart and compliant way.
•Cooperate with the distributor’s teams especially the senior levels for problem solving commercial deals.
•Negotiates and secures mutually beneficial agreement that effectively link our company's resources to the long-term business needs of the customers.
•On a monthly basis, provides his boss with sales forecast.
•Liaise with sales manager and BUD to share territory issues and actions needed.
•Liaise with regulatory team for products update regarding new variations.
•Align with company strategic framework.
•Strictly follow company SOPs and compliance rules.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
•Proven experience in animal health field, at least 5 years in ruminant business.
•Good communication in English both verbal and writing.
•Resident in Gharbia,Dakahlya, Monofenia or Kafr El Sheikh.
•Good to excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
•Proven planning, forecasting and negotiation skills
•Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
•Ability to travel as needed.
•Adequate technical abilities including Microsoft Office applications and good analytical abilities.
•Minimal supervisory guidance and self-starter.
•Demonstrates accountability, commitment, and integrity behaviors.
•Good to excellent presentation and digital skills.
•Able to work independently with aligning with the company policy.
