What you’ll be doing:

• Be the quality PIC of the system product(s), monitor field return performance. Identify improvement opportunities. Drive for continued improvements in manufacturing quality, product design, component quality, etc.

• Handle customer complaints on system products. Lead cross-functional meetings with worldwide teams. Leverage internal engineering resources and problem-solving methodologies for quality issue root causing.

• Partner with SQE team on In-region Contract Manufacturer audits, especially on the CAPA implementation result verification.

• Provide technical support for On-site Verification activities -- Responding to technical questions from the customers on verification equipment/software setup.

• Participate in the meetings for material dispositions and change requests.

• Apply best practices in the industry or create new methodologies to ensure the best-in-class quality of NVIDIA’s cutting-edge hardware products.

• Participate in NPI meetings and CM (Contract Manufacturer) meetings.

• Generate 8D reports.

What we need to see:

• B.Eng. degree or above.

• Experienced in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, Six Sigma.

• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

• 5+ years of experience in PCBA/System Integration field.

• Knowledgeable with IPC standard, ISO standard, PCIe standard, OCP standard.

• Familiar with PCBA/System Integration manufacturing operation as well as Edge Computing/AI infrastructure architecture and technology

• Familiar with PCBA /System level debug.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and project management.
