Role Overview:

This position will also work closely with both channel and country sales to implement in-country Marketing Strategies and Plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive together and work closely with other regional Marketing Programs Managers to support the development and implementation of effective Marketing Go-to-market plans and Marketing Campaigns in Korea.
  • Drive Brand awareness and Thought leadership in Korea.
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists and worked closely the BDR team.
  • Development and effective execution of high impact in-country Integrated Marketing/Lead Generation campaigns (Digital & Offline) to drive demand and leads for Fortinet solutions to support a strong sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for in-country Lead Qualification Process from implementation and support to ensure effective follow-through and measurement of leads in order to optimize ROI of marketing budget.
  • Manage and roll-out key marketing activities and events in the region such as end-customers and channel conferences, Trade exhibitions, sponsorship, advertisement, etc.
  • Collaborate & Partner with Marketing and Channel teams in both International HQ and APAC to localize/adapt international campaigns and programs, ensuring consistency of Fortinet branding & messages across the countries.
  • Implementation of Channel lead generation activities with Tier 1 & 2 (Gold & Platinum) channel partners including Channel enablement programs.
  • Responsible for Localization & translation of Marketing assets and collaterals.
  • Timely reporting on Marketing Campaigns/Programs and Budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Degree required, MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing in the IT Sector with at least 5 years of people management experience.
  • Worked with or manage BDR or inside sales team preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of and prior experience with IT Industry, preferably IT Security or Networking.
  • Understanding of, and experience in, developing and managing field marketing programs (lead generation campaigns, promotions, online advertising, events management, etc.).
  • Proven track record and successes of driving Integrated Marketing campaigns (both Digital & Offline) and marketing program including both Lead Nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Ability to not only plan and organize, but also execute effectively High-touch/Major Account events and programs (Fortinet seminars, roadshows/workshops and conferences).
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, responsive, strong organization and communication skills.
  • Experience with Eloqua or similar Marketing Platform and Marketing Automation processes preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to assimilate technical knowledge.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and can do attitude in a high growth environment.
