• Support for the daily activities of the external communications team: production of reports, support in the approval flows of press releases and other materials, production of texts, posting of articles in the press room and relationship with the press and influencers;
• Support for the daily activities of the internal communications team: production and editing of digital materials such as infographics, visual pieces and videos, production of texts for social networks and internal communications, preparation of an editorial calendar with the team, support in purchasing processes and others internal operational processes;
• Organization and completion of communication activities on the team’s task management platform;
• Support for monitoring photos, interviews and external and internal events;
• Translation and review of translations in English and/or Spanish.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Higher education course in progress in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda or related areas;
• Be self-declared black or brown;
• Skills in creating content and videos for social networks and writing for different media (press releases, posts, announcements, etc.), paying attention to the correct use of grammatical and spelling rules in the Portuguese language;
• Intermediate knowledge of image and video editing platforms, such as Photoshop and Premiere, and Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Soft skills: teamwork, proactivity, organization of tasks and deadlines, good interpersonal relationships.
