The E4E Sr. Manager for Product Innovation, IA will be at the forefront of this initiative, driving the ideation, development, and execution of India-focused offerings.

Location:Bengaluru or Pune

Ideal Candidate:

• Degrees- bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering + MBA
• Domain expertise in Industrial Automation.
• 10+ years of experience in:

Strategy consulting experience with previous background consisting of computer/ electronics/mechanical engg. + post undergrad job in technical domain + MBA,or

Experience at an early-stage industrial technology start-up with all-round exposure to product development, marketing, sales

• Proficiency in conducting market research, market mapping with white space analysis, market sizing and building business case
• Ability to:

Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment to drive business decisions and program execution

Key Responsibilities:

The key deliverable for this role is to build/sustain an India-led offerings portfolio with a special focus on new offerings across the industrial automation businesses. Doing this successfully requires a techno-commercial mindset, the ability to identify sectors of opportunity, interface with customers at senior & executive levels, and translate critical market needs into new products & solutions. In this role, you will own delivery of current year annual operating plan for your portfolio as well as delivery of an NPI roadmap for the 3-year strategic planning period.

Define value propositions & product roadmaps:Create offering roadmaps by defining minimum viable offerings by prioritizing customer needs and translating them into actionable product requirements that deliver quantifiable customer value.

Own the end-to-end offering portfolio:Build & drive portfolio across the offering lifecycle from ideation to innovation and execution to commercialization/first revenue, owning the market success of new offerings.
