Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing business unit and time-sensitive strategic projects from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and productivity within the context of the overall department's strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve the department's processes, and defining processes with an external implementer.
- Implement new systems, build specifications and create cross-system processes.
- Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects.
- Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
