You will perform real-time monitoring of network traffic, system alerts etc., to identify and resolve potential issues. • Monitor and maintain the operational health of BMC's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

• Perform real-time monitoring of network traffic, system alerts, and performance metrics to identify and resolve potential issues.

• Proactively respond to network incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and service disruptions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate network maintenance activities, software upgrades, and configuration changes.

• Document network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

• Implement and enforce network security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements to protect network assets.

• Conduct regular performance analysis and capacity planning to anticipate future network requirements and optimize resource utilization.
