As an intern in CSR, you will support the CSR Manager by connecting with NPOs, universities, and government entities. You will collaborate with the CSR
Manager in preparing and executing the engagement meetings and events with our partners and vendors at different levels and its pre post tasks. You
will support the CSR Manager with the preparation and creation of meeting agendas, event plans (virtual and in-person), and workshop schedules.
Your role involves engaging partners in our systems, by preparing tasks to be reviewed by the CRM Manager, make inputs in the appropriate systems,
followup partners regarding some pendent points and assisting the CSR Manager with internal and external communications, preparing presentations,
and other communication pieces. Occasionally, you will help organize corporate volunteerism activities, by contacting volunteers, creatingIn this role, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the CSR Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors, setting up the events, agenda and• Mapping daily operational workflows, such as weekly meetings, by outlining steps, identifying and documenting responsibilities and focal points for
each task.
• Contributing to the development of communication materials and presentations to showcase CSR initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation required for internal and external audits or evaluations of CSR activities.
• Assisting in analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and creating reports to support decision-making processes.
• Executing all activities aligned with corporate social responsibility principles and goals.

1. Strong communication skills: visual, written and verbal.
