Your role:
- Arrange and coordinate internal & external events refer to aligned budget
- Support internal meeting and take meeting minutes to support SSD Zone Leaders achieve performance management
- EHS related support refer to ISO45001 requirement
- Logistic related coordinate (Tools/PPE/Documents etc)
- Some routine operation on supporting
- Project follow up by request and be able to handle operation project independently
- Key contact window to bridge 1st line staffs and other related Dept to improve daily operation
- Support SSD Recognition policy deployment (spot award/annual award/project award)
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor degree required. Master degree in business or engineering preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience in operation administration position
- Proficient in MS office software.
- Good understanding of customer service operation procedure.
