Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP IBP to enhance business planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP).
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure successful adoption of the SAP IBP system.
- Provide expert advice on SAP IBP best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP IBP related issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP IBP features and releases and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless data flow between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP IBP configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning concepts.
- Proven track record of successful SAP IBP project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- SAP IBP certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
