Principal (Platform) Architect - PS&Q and EF
Your role:
- The Principal IT Architect (this position) will be responsible for driving the introduction and adoption of new solutions in line with business requirements in the field of Patient Safety & Quality (PS&Q) as well as Enabling Functions (EF).
- The Principal IT Architect is responsible for the overall domain IT landscape and safeguards that any change to that landscape is in line with the enterprise architecture principles.
- The Principal IT Architect will collaborate with the multiple (business and IT) stakeholders to understand their needs and provide input to the funnel that will lead to the creation of an overall technology roadmap for the applicable domains.
- The Principal IT Architect will act as the subject matter expert in the field of PS&Q and Enabling Functions technologies and will drive the development of shared assets that can be re-used across the teams in IT.
- The Principal IT Architect will be part of the Platform Group Functions IT team working in close collaboration with other principal and fellow architects, business teams and DevOps teams in the respective fields. This position reports directly into the Head of Group Functions IT and is part of the core team of the platform.
You're the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (computer science or equivalent) with 15+ years’ experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the implementation of Business Applications in the area of Patient Safety and Quality.
- Proven business process expertise in various functional areas, focused mainly on PS&Q and HR.
- Expertise in the field of Data Analytics and Reporting. Understand how to apply RPA and AI.
- Experience in collaborating with 3rd party SaaS providers for a given set of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Expertise in architecting and designing solutions.
- Strong Project management understanding of Agile methodologies, budgeting, and resource management.

- The individual should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Multiple communication touch points across leadership levels can be anticipated.
