Responsibilities
As Solutions Manager, you will:
- Customer Engagement & Business Development: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to identify business challenges and create demand for our solutions.
- Technical Expertise & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert on our products, staying current with new technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Problem-Solving: Handle technical questions, objections, and troubleshooting during the sales cycle and Proof of Concept (POC) phases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales team to move deals forward and ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.
