As a Military Intelligence Expert at Cognyte you will

• Use your deep insights into military operations to shape the methodologies underpinning Cognyte products.
• Create a comprehensive, holistic methodology to help customers maximize the value of the Cognyte portfolio, focusing on solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and strategists to identify and define future innovations in Military Intelligence, ensuring Cognyte remains a leader in the field.
• Act as an expert advisor to the sales team, helping build strong customer relationships, open new opportunities, and foster confidence in Cognyte's solutions.
• Develop and implement tailored methodologies to address the unique challenges of National Security and Law Enforcement Agency organizations.
• Support the growth and management of the Intelligence Research Center, focusing on regional and specialized topics.
• Lead market research efforts to stay informed on trends and insights within the Military Intelligence domain and represent Cognyte at global conferences, workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and more

For that mission you’ll need:

• A background and experience as an Intelligence Officer in a national army, holding the rank of Captain, Major, or Lieutenant Colonel.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in Military Intelligence or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Military Intelligence organizations and their operational methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of innovation and thought leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed
