As an auditor you will have the unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the business concepts of a variety of financial services providers and to establish interesting relationships at the highest level.
Your most important tasks
- As Audit Senior, you will support the audit of consolidated and annual financial statements of national and international (large) companies & SMEs with a particular focus on audits of companies with PCAOB reporting requirement
- You assess the processes and internal controls in the key business areas of our clients within an integrated audit approach (including the confirmation of a functioning control environment (SOX))
- Together with the managers and lead auditor, you will be responsible for reporting the audit results to the board of directors and management
- You are one of the key contacts for clients and continuously deepen client relationships
- You help manage a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the professional leadership of your team members. Through your on-the-job coaching, you make a significant contribution to the further training of your team members.
- Together with your team, you will drive the digitalization of on-site auditing at the client's premises, thus ensuring an efficient and value-added audit service.
What you bring to the table:
- Successful completion of training as a certified public accountant or US CPA is a prerequisite
- Experience in auditing and assessing internal control systems under the Sarbens Oxley act (SOX 404)
- Experience with audits of PCAOB companies closing with US GAAP or IFRS standards
- Experience with audits of SEC foreign private issuer
- You bring relevant work experience, ideally within a Big4
