Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, advisory or enterprise customer experience.
Experience in people management, including developing and leading customer experience teams.
Experience delivering cloud solutions and programs at a global level.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
Experience growing and managing a professional services organization with industry presence.
Experience managing a software business and software solutions with ability to deliver to enterprise customers.
Experience building teams, and coaching and developing others.
Experience with software life-cycles, building tools, and architecting and developing software for distributed systems, including data platform, AI/ML and infrastructure.
Ability to develop and leverage executive relationships, along with excellent client management skills.
