Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field AND 8+ years of finance or financial compliance experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience working with global data privacy laws (e.g., GDRP, PDPA, CCPA)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and developing a team of professionals
  • 2+ years' e

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, publicpolicyor a related field; certification in privacy management (e.g., CIPP, CIPM or CIPT preferred)Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years’ experience in privacy compliance OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in privacy compliance
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience leading in matrixed or global delivery environments, particularly across virtual teams.
  • Significant proven experience in a privacy role, witha track record
  • Demonstrated communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience automating and improving privacy program processes such as privacy impact assessments, privacy inquires intake, etc.
  • Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of regulatory and audit requirements

  • Managing privacy operations and risk management initiatives to protect data assets and information

  • Development of program functions such as data subject rights, privacy reviews, cookie compliance and third-part risk management, etc.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Implementing andmaintainingprivacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
  • Oversee data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and ensure proper handling of personal datain accordance withregulations
  • Ensure Audit Readiness: Oversee preparation and adherence to audit standards, ensuring robust controls for financial reporting processes
  • Performing key risk management activities andprovidingcompliance advice to all aspects of the business
  • Ensuring customer and employee data is collected, shared, and used appropriately, while safeguarding company proprietary data
