The VAST Data Engine Product Manager will be the driving force behind our innovative data processing platform that integrates data streaming, real-time analytics, and AI training. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between data engineering and market needs, and leverage groundbreaking technology to deliver a market-leading product. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a platform that supports dynamic data handling with functions and triggers, embedded procedural logic, and a containerized computing environment. THE ROLE

• Determine vision, feature requirements and articulate product strategy incorporating technology trends, customer feedback and competitive research
• Own and develop the roadmap, requirements, feature tradeoffs, etc. for enterprise level storage systems
• Meet with customers and partners to understand product use cases
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, technical marketing, product and sales teams to define vision, create key messaging and help drive business
• Must develop competitive materials and collateral for sales org and customer presentations
