You will be responsible for assisting Service Operation Team of GE HealthCare Vietnam for daily operation tasks to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of operation outcomes.

:

- Handle temporary importation and re-exportation of tools: prepare invoice, packing list, loan agreement, official letter; provide tool description, technical documents if required.
- Handle logistics of purchased parts and tools: provide part/tool description, technical documents; co-ordinate with factories and/ or OTR team to revise documents as required by the customs.

- Manage tools and tool calibration.
- Upload calibration certificates and fill in ASEAN tool management master file.
- Register tools in the system.

- Collect Service records from Field Engineers, scan and upload to GE Box and send to customers if required.

- Collect documents of importation from GSPO/ Brokers and send to customers as required.
- Apply COO, COQ.

- Assist in running data reports for data analysis and system performance review.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate study in logistics, business administration field and equivalent fields.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Very good computer skills including knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong team spirit and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn, brave to admit mistakes, and draw out lessons learnt.
• Know to ask for help when needed.

6 months in 2025, starting as soon as possible.
