We are looking for a Product Designer II who can define, articulate, visualize, and deliver amazing design solutions. Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3 years experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • A portfoliodemonstratingthoroughand polished end-to-end customer journeys.
  • A firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping.
  • A desire to collaborate with other designers on strategic solutions and a willingness to share your work openly for feedback and improvement.
  • Adaptability to the changing needs of a rapidly evolving business and flexibility to quickly change direction, iterate, and learn.
  • A customer-centric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality.
  • An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Ability to represent your work to cross-disciplinary team members, stakeholders, and leadership with presentation skills and storytelling.

Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.
