Responsibilities and skills:
- Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, manage, and motivate an inside sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates and revenue. Take ownership of your own sales targets, while also leading and supporting your team to achieve their goals. Actively participate in the sales process, demonstrating your selling skills alongside managing the team’s performance.
- Understand Digital Technology: Comprehend the digital technology and revenue ecosystem, and articulate product benefits within this context.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization: Effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks without losing sight of objectives.
- Independently generate a large pipeline of leads, pursue them, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to enhance processes, identify new lead sources, and manage both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Conduct thorough research and prospecting to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Media Planning: Demonstrate and create realistic test and success plans to help advertisers meet their objectives and goals.
- Client Management: Interact with the Account Management team to manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Feedback to Product Teams: Provide field intelligence to product management regarding feature development.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Manage presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with your team.
- Strong use of Salesforce is require including ensuring your outbound activity is recorded accurately
- Collaboration with Manager: Work closely with your direct line manager to take direction, provide updates, feedback, real-time forecasts, and consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Requirements:
- A strong passion and hunger to sell
- Min. of 3 years working in a sales position, preferably at a digital media company where you have demonstrated outstanding sales achievements/acumen and leadership skills.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating deals
- A true passion for online content, and a strong sales drive with an ability to build relationships
- Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimisation
- Excellent written and conversational skills and able to communicate in English, plus native or bilingual in Hebrew, Ukrainian, or Russian.
