Key job responsibilities
- Developing a long term analytical strategy and driving the implementation of that strategy.
- Using analytics to influence multiple departments, increasing their productivity and effectiveness to achieve strategic goals.- Large scale data mining to find trends and problems, then communicate and drive corrective action.
- Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
