Bachelor’s degree orequivalentcombination of education and experience
7+ years’ experience in business analysis,ServiceNow implementations, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience
Hands-on experienceas a senior developer or platform architectdesigning and implementing the latest ServiceNow ITSM capabilities (Vancouver +) across Incident Management (inclusive of Major Incident Management), Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request, etc.
Hands-on experienceimplementingintegrationand ETLtechnologiesand capabilitiessuch asIntegration Hub,REST, JDBC,ODBC, etc.
Experience documenting technical architecture with different target audiences in mind (i.e.business stakeholders, leadership, and or technical SME’s)
[PREFERRED] Experience with ServiceNow's Gen AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agent, AI Control Tower
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
