Responsibilities
Facilitating order management: from processing order intake, inputting into internal systems, connecting to customer portals and systems to supporting forecasting, billing and collection activities.
Resolving issues using established procedures, consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Taking incoming calls from engineers related to orders.
Entering all comments and agreeing on an action plan.
Collaborating with others to solve issues.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Logistic,
Fluent Polish with good English skills both written and spoken,
Ability to work independently, but also enjoy being a member of a team,
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken),
Organizational and customer service focused skills,
Ability to handle shifting priorities and workflow, all while still meeting critical deadlines,
Ability to work on computers and being comfortable learning and using different systems,
Effective time management and organizational skills - ability to balance multiple priorities.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
