As a Software Engineer III, you will participate in design and development of application components in cloud ecosystem to contribute to iterative product improvement for our firm’s journey to AWS Contact Center in the Business Collaboration space. You will use your hands-on experience building scalable and resilient solutions to pave the successful way for our team. You will produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. You will apply your technical knowledge and problem solving methodologies to build cloud application components and integrations that will serve our client-facing employees. You we be responsible for Identifying hidden problems and patterns and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.

Job responsibilities

• Well versed with Infrastructure as a Code with Terraform
• Able to design and implement applications on public cloud (AWS)
• Hands on Experience in Cloud Contact Center Engineering space. Preferably Amazon Connect and Ecosystem services such as IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS (Data Security), S3, Kinesis etc.
• Hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jules, Version Control tools (Git/Bitbucket)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Minimum 7+ years of hands on experience
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
• Proficiency in one of the modern programming languages; backend - Python, Java, JavaScript etc. frontend- ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of Database technologies (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL)
• Able to design and develop applications on AWS public cloud
• Hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jules, Version Control tools (Git/Bitbucket)
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle – Agile Methodology
• Experience in development and design of Rest APIs
• AWS certified developer is a big plus

• Good knowledge on Cloud technology
• AWS certification is a big plus
• Cloud Contact Center (AWS connect) is a big plus
