Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with financial reporting or operational accounting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in ambiguous and evolving areas of scope.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Excellent investigative skills.
