Key Responsibilities
As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on AI in HR, you will be expected to
• Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery and help client in balancing Automation and Human Touch.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals related to AI adoption, employee needs and pain points
• Devise the optimal approach to adopt AI & change management within a specific client context.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard
• Build client capabilities in adoption AI in the organization and support them in investing in training and upskilling
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects.
• Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
Skills and Attributes for Success
• 4-7 years professional experience, in Program management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector
• Knowledge of AI applications, preferably in HR and HR technologies
• A continuous enthusiasm for championing the people agenda in organizations
• A motivation to support the growth and development of our team
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support client teams through different initiatives
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French and/or Dutch
