Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor supply performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies.
Contribute to the advancement of the Analytics and Data Science disciplines at Airbnb by driving best practices in analytics, automating analytical processes, and promoting data education across the company.
Your Expertise:
4+ years of industry experience with a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting.
Deep understanding of data analysis and causal modeling, with a specific focus on supply metrics and dimensions.
Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.
Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
