As a Marketing Automation, Senior Associate, in Commercial Bank, you’ll play a key role in conceptualizing, building, launching and optimizing successful marketing automation programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We’re seeking a professional with hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically with campaign creation, execution and translating business objectives into successful multi-channel programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the strategy for CRE business using data-driven strategic approach to design multi-step, dynamic engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build email templates, manage email preferences and enforce data hygiene
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues between platforms and their integration points
- Experience translating business needs to drive E2E marketing campaigns from inception to completion with analysis
- Serve as subject matter expert and project manager for Commercial Real Estate email initiatives
- Experience with lead scoring, email templates, nurture programs, preference management and data hygiene
- Serve as strategic partner for marketing automation programs; Collaborate with key stakeholders in tech, sales, marketing and business development to conceptualize campaign strategy, requirements, and design
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email
- Continually monitor and improve programs by reporting on KPIs and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve and scale campaigns
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and controls such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.
- Partner with analytics and MarTech teams to optimize campaign segmentation and personalization
- Complete daily tasks using team’s project collaboration system; partner closely with content and other digital marketing colleagues to build campaign assets
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years’ work experience in a digital marketing function
- 4-6 years’ work experience with Saas CRM and marketing automation tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong project management skills
- Up-to-date on international regulations as it relates to email communication
- Proven experience documenting strategy in a compelling manner and executing the associated plan
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced, and matrixed environment, and flexibility reprioritize depending on business needs
- Proactively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Technical skills needed: Database management, CSS, basic HTML, marketing automation, Excel, PowerPoint, project management and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Marketing automation certification preferred
- Prefer Marketing experience in a B2B environment
