Apple Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Strategic Operations Manager with a passion for content and services. Reporting into the Director of International Services Marketing, this role will provide the infrastructure and support for the International Marketing org to maximise ROMI and drive commercial growth. As the Senior Strategic Operations Manager, you will be laser focused on the prioritisation, structure and accountability required to super-charge global business growth and you will have the drive and vision to influence teams across the entire Apple organisation.
Delivering ROI: You will create the internal infrastructure, tools and reporting to provide clarity on how resources are being deployed against critical business initiatives and to provide guidance on how the org can maximise impact and ROI in the future.Financial responsibility: The role will lead budget and resource planning, reconciliation and reporting. You will identify key strategic priorities and ensure that resources and funding are aligned against these.Drive creative and production capabilities: You will lead an ambitious cross-functional effort to bring production and creative capabilities into International markets. You will drive tech-forward initiatives for localisation and the scaling of marketing assets.Annual and quarterly planning : This role will lead cross-functional planning efforts and maximise opportunities for integration and efficiency. You will create and lead forums for annual and quarterly planning.
  • You have extensive relevant experience in managing operations for a creative agency or in-house creative department.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing an operation that includes the aforementioned functions (project management, agency management, etc.) with hands-on experience making the work.
  • Candidate will possess a strong process orientation with clear track record of implementing best working practices that bring simplicity, greater efficiency, and the highest possibly quality.
  • Extensive experience working in an International role is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
