Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage existing business for premium Brand marketers and agencies from France & Belgium.
  • You will handle the complete workflow for your clients: preparation, upload, launch, kick-off calls, follow-ups, daily optimizations, campaign reporting, and analysis.
  • You will develop strategies with your clients based on their objectives.
  • You will be responsible for upselling to your existing clients, ensuring more campaigns and increasing your revenue.
  • You will analyze campaign performance, provide optimization recommendations, and implement strategies tailored to individual clients to enhance performance.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Paris team and maintain regular contact with international colleagues from Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.

We are looking for evidence of:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the digital industry
  • Good understanding of all performance KPI including CPC, CPL, ROI, CTR
  • Problem-solve and ability to offer tailored solutions to specific challenges of each
    Client
  • Work smart to meet and exceed goals
  • Capacity to manage the whole of Outbrain’s campaign workflow: preparation,
    upload, kick-off call, follow-up, daily optimisations, reporting & campaign analysis
  • Proven ability and desire to interface with clients both remotely and face-to-face to
    provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management
  • Possess a technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the Outbrain
    system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues
  • Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data
  • Ability to proactively influence and work with high-profile clients independently and
    within a team environment.
  • Languages: French (native/equivalent) and English (very good)
