As the International Controller, you will be stepping into a new role, created to build and scale international accounting at Redis. You would love this job if you are passionate about building elegant processes, developing gritty teams and fostering effective cross-functional partnerships.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee GL accounting for Israel, EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Manage global consolidation, intercompany accounting, foreign currency accounting, statutory reporting and local audits
• Partner with the US accounting team to build consistent, scalable and SOX-compliant accounting processes
• Oversee relationships with accounting service providers
• Partner with HR and legal in projects to create new entities and head the setup of accounting operations in new locations

What will you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA required
• Big 4 or similar experience required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially ASC 810 and ASC 830
• Experience with statutory reporting
• Demonstrated success in leading an accounting function through rapid growth and global expansion
• Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
• Public company, including SOX, experience required
