Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in facility management or services with facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management or office management within an organization.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English to interact in this role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing and managing budgets (e.g., capital budget justification) with excellent financial, agreement management, and purchasing skills.
Experience in collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
Ability to travel to the office in your region as required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels and manage resources and projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and staff, tight timelines, important organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
