Over the years, Citi has spearheaded innovation in the transaction banking space by developing best-in-class digital capabilities for our clients across both traditional and emerging industry segments. Citi's industry-leading client connectivity channels encompass not only e-banking systems but also digital client onboarding journeys.

Through ongoing stakeholder engagement, this individual will support the development and rollout of Onboarding Initiatives. Our goal is to create an experience that is simple, smart, and easy-to-use, significantly reducing the KYC and account opening process to mere days while adhering to all necessary regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-imagine & re-design TTS’ end-to-end client onboarding process (includes KYC, Account Opening and Product onboarding)
  • Research and understand new technologies in the marketplace to digitize both internal and external processes in relation to Client Onboarding.
  • Lead discussions with cross functional teams namely – AML, Compliance, Legal, ICRM, Product, Sales, Coverage, Implementations, Operations, Technology – to build a digitized onboarding experience for Citi / TTS clients.
  • Identify digital alternatives to current paper and manual / email based processes and commercialize with necessary stakeholders for immediate adoption.
  • Redesign and develop digitized processes through detailed understanding of current processes and nuances.
  • Identify key deficiencies in existing process in order to streamline, simplify and digitize to expedite the Client Onboarding experience.
  • Present and interact directly with Clients to provide insight and clarity around new solutions.
  • Presentations to internal leadership team and key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems
  • Strategy oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Desire to drive projects from ideation or assignment to execution
  • Appetite for challenging assignments
  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of work experience in Product Management, Market Management or Sales
