Primary Responsibilities
Field and respond to T&E inquiries related to expense report creation/submission in Workday, travel support, travel guidance, corporate card maintenance and other related tasks for Netflix employees from around the world. Ensure SLAs are being maintained.
Manage administration of the corporate card program, including but not limited to issuance of new cards, increases in card limits, fraud charge inquiries and lost cards
Assist T&E analysts regarding employee-related inquiries
Perform tasks related to invoice reconciliation, NPS scores, audit of expenses, and T&E program access management
Assist in employee outreach and engagement related activities
Researches errors to determine recommendations and solutions or escalations
Liaises and collaborate with the global T&E Specialist team to build out knowledge base
Day-to-day management of T&E tools and program offerings
Ad hoc projects as requested
Qualities We’re Looking For
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of support requests
High professional proficiency in the English language
Recent experience (3+ years) with working in a high-volume corporate T&E environment is a plus
Finance and/or operational experience preferred
Basic accounting understanding related to coding of expenses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Critical thinker and problem solver
Able to express ideas thoughtfully and with passion
Demonstrated ability to identify and drive improvements and continuously simplify processes
Able to communicate effectively with team members
Ticketing system experience - ZenDesk is a plus
Tech-savvy - Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Microsoft Suite a plus
Experience with Travel, Corporate Card, Expense, and Travel Management Company (TMC) systems - experience with Workday Expense, CitiBank, Oversight, and Navan are a plus.
Analytical Skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
