Responsibilities - Staff:
- Work as senior Financial Planning and Analysis including following key functions:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Monitoring and tracking Financial Performance
- Management of Expenses including technology cost, Capitalization etc
- Target Setting and Impact Analysis of changes
- Financial Reporting and Management
- Business Consolidation and Reporting Adjustments
- Compliance with Financial Policy
- Account Receivable Invoicing and Collection
- Vendor payments and sub-contractor management
- Code creation, maintenance, reconciliation and closure
- Any other Ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Work independently with minimum supervision from the US based team.
- Provide data driven analysis to support management team and leaders.
- Partner with various Functional, Vertical and Global functions.
- Review of key metrics and variance, highlighting major drivers.
- Proactively develop and impart training on new onboarded or upcoming initiatives for team members.
Position Requirements - Senior:
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Master’s degree with accounting major.
- Hands on knowledge on Financial Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis
- Experience with consulting is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with frequent interaction with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Detail-oriented with Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment.
- Should pay attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and must display effective interaction capabilities with various stakeholders.
