Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in program management in the networking area delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certifications.
- Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystem.
- Ability to manage business and technical knowledge to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify opportunities for optimization, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem solving and financial skills, with the ability to adopt data-driven analytical approaches towards solving challenges.
